GST 

Santalumi jewelry is subject to GST of 15% for purchases within New Zealand.

This tax should not apply to overseas purchases.

SHIPPING

We use reputable couriers but can not be held responsible for goods in transit.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We offer a full refund or exchange of non-sale items within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds or exchanges on damaged goods, unless there is a manufacturer fault or the jewelry is otherwise unfit for purpose at the time of sale / receipt. Evidence must be provided of the same. In some cases, repair may be possible and is our preferred means of resolving such issues.

We only use your personal information for the stated purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information to any third parties except to the extent necessary to fulfil our stated purposes or as required by law.

We may also collect information relating to the use of this website by means of cookies, which is used to help us improve our products and services offered via this site.

We accept credit card payments, online banking and Paypal. We do not store your credit card information. These details are kept secure by means of third party service providers. We do not have access to this information at any time.

AVAILABILITY

Sometimes, our supplies are low and we might be unable to fulfil your order within normal time frames. In that case, we will contact you to make sure the timeframes are acceptable or make alternative arrangements.

SALES / DISCOUNTS

Generally, our goods are one off original items. Therefore, if we offer something for sale via this site, it is usually available. However, we also offer goods for sale at markets and from time to time we use a range of supplies for bespoke orders.  Therefore, we do not guarantee inventory, nor the availability of products offered on sale or at a discounted price.  We are also subject to the supply and demand for goods / supplies internationally.
