SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
We offer free shipping within New Zealand for orders over NZ$200.
All domestic orders under $200 will incur a shipping cost of NZ$15. We estimate shipping will take between 10-15 days within New Zealand in normal circumstances.
We also offer free international shipping for all orders over NZ$300.
All international orders under NZ$300 will incur a shipping cost of NZ$30. Additional customs or freight charges or international taxes may be levied by third parties and government agencies overseas. Those changes will be born by the customer. We estimate shipping will take between 15-21 working days to major cities in normal circumstances.
IN STORE PICK UP
As we are an online store, we do not offer domestic or local pick up of your goods.
Please contact us if you would like to make other, special arrangements for the delivery of your goods.
INSURANCE / LIABILITY
We use reputable courier services both nationally and internationally.
While all care is taken to package your goods, we can not accept responsibility for the safety or wellbeing of your goods once they are in the care of a carrier or are in transit.
