REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Use of this website and / or the purchase of our jewelry from this site (or by means of private consultation with Karlalise as a result of contact made through this website) constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions in relation to the refund and / or exchange of your Santalumi jewelry.
REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange of all jewelry (except Sale Items) purchased and delivered within New Zealand, within 7 days of receipt of purchase, provided:
* the jewelry is in its original condition with packaging; and
* you provide proof of the date of receipt of the purchase; and
* you provide proof of purchase.
In addition, please notify us within those 7 days of your intention to return the jewelry for a full refund.
The cost of shipping to or from you will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in relation to overseas purchases. In addition, all purchase of Sale items are final and no refunds or exchanges may be made in relation to those items.
In relation to goods that contain a manufacturing fault (upon arrival - not as a result of normal wear and tear), we are happy to provide a refund or exchange of those goods with proof of purchase within a reasonable time.
Please notify us about the nature of the fault and your intention to return your goods for a refund or exchange. Goods will only be refunded where there is a manufacturing fault or they are otherwise unfit for purpose within a limited time, depending on what is reasonable in the circumstances of the case.
We do not give refunds or exchanges for goods that have broken as a result of the normal wear and tear that jewelry endures over time,.
