We began working with crystals more than three decades ago. Since then, our practice has been informed by research into quantum physics.

OUR NAME
The name SANTALUMI connotes santalum (the genus of sandalwood tree whose scent we adore); santa (sacred or divine) and lumi (light).
Sandalwood is said to be highly grounding, while crystal gemstones are said to reflect and hold the vibration of the sacred codes of creation and divine light.
The name SANTALUMI is a perfect expression of those concepts.

As our gemstones are natural, colors and shapes may vary. In addition, because our jewelry is threaded on silk and vegan thread, it often 'settles' slightly longer with wear.

Mother Nature is our muse and we borrow from her when we make our jewelry.
Through our acts of community, service and giving, we recognize and honor our relationship with her and her inhabitants.
We prefer and promote sustainable ethical business practices.
We also plant a tree for every sale we make. Our current Re-Greening project includes a nursery of almost 200 Frangipani seedlings - because we love the scent!
Finally, we quietly bake and deliver homemade baking to the city's street-dwelling population. We are all One.
By Giving Back, we hope to combat climate change and enhance our own relationship with Mother Nature and her inhabitants - grounding into her and growing the cycle of shared breath, life and evolution, recognizing our destinies are intertwined.
